My exhaust needed quite a bit of work and I was told by a few shops it’s gonna cost me 100s. My boss referred me to this exact place and definitely no regrets! They gave me some options and a more affordable option and it actually works better off than when I purchased the car a few months ago. The guys in there are great to deal with also highly recommended and will be back myself! Thanks guys

First and last time going here. Don’t believe their hours online or posted on the front door. When i called to book i asked if i could drop off the night before and pick up after im off work at 3 and they said that’s perfect were open til 4. They call me at 1130 and leave a message saying they’re closing at 2 or 3 and i call them back (was on hold for 15 minutes) and when i hung up and called back and told them i was on hold for that long they said “oh probably” and moved on. I then told them about the message i got and said im not off until 3 i chose you because you close at 4 and it would be easy for me to pick up after work. They then told me “oh we never stay on Fridays we always leave at 2 or 3” and i said so change your hours online to reflect that. I had to leave work early to catch them before they kept my car for the weekend bc they don’t open again until Monday and then i came in and paid and asked where my car was and they put it in the parking lot of the store next to them (which is fine) and i walk over to see my car unlocked open to any person who would like to see what i have inside for the taking. I then open my door and get ready to go home and i grab my steering wheel and instantly felt a thick layer of grease i took my hands off and was covered in it - keep in mind i wipe my dash/wheel at least once every 2 weeks. So this could not have been me. Nor do i get my hands dirty ever. I wiped it down and the cloth was covered in grease. Didn’t have the decency to even wash or wipe his hands before driving my car. Didn’t have the decency to lock my car. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a shop i was shocked i even had to write this. They also did not balance my tires when they put them on the rims. They
didn’t have the decency to work with me when they decide to close early, clean their hands before driving my vehicle or lock my vehicle when they parked it at the store next to them.

The elderly gentleman that runs this shop, is giving out old fashioned service that you dont see much anymore.
Had a busted flex pipe that needed welding.
These guys saved me a huge pile of money and charged me less than the quote.

I have been trying with at least 4 different shops in the city with my car in the past 8 years and as someone who doesn't really know cars very well, I have been ripped off before and not finding it out until it's too late. So far there have been no cranky employees, no unreasonably long wait, reasonable price... Steve at the desk who helped me twice so far was such a lovely person to deal with. It might be too soon to tell, but based on my experience so far and how I see they treat other customers, I feel comfortable to visit this shop again in the future with my vehicle.
