Worst customer service by Harpreet! Went there for out of province inspection! Coming from a different province, doesn’t mean you will finesse people. Got an estimate for $700 for no reason. Was told the car is in good condition, no issues at all , but all tires have to be replaced. 2 tires were just purchased few months back, and for 2 tires gave estimate for $700 and pointed issues for no reason.

Went to a different place , got things done on time with no extra fee , only 2 tires swap.only charged me $150 for a set of tires.
In short , don’t try to pull money out for no reason & understand people’s situation especially if they are coming from a different province ! Looking at a premium car doesn’t mean, it’s easy money and you can fool others !

These guys are honest hard working folks. They have always been upfront and treated me well. A lot of customers come with mentality I should be served as soon as I enter the door, and don’t get me wrong these guys do there best but waiting at times is not end of the world for the level of service and price they provide. Love these guys and I have used a lot of shops around Calgary and let me tell you these guys are by miles reliable and good people.

Had no problems at city best auto. I went in for a provincial inspection and they were able to get me in same day. Ended up needing a new battery (I already knew this) and they offered me two different prices. I am happy with the service I received here and would stop by again for car maintenance.

They keep you waiting for long hours even I’ve been told 2 hours but I ended up 4 hours.
Generally I will never come back here.
I don’t recommend any one to come here.
I went to another mechanic besides them and they were super nice.
I wish that I have read people reviews before coming here.
I paid more than average about 200$ more compared to other mechanics.

Called to see if I needed an appointment to change over to winter tires. Was told I needed appointment so I made one. 2 1/2 hours later they finally finished. Un believeable. 2 1/2 hours to put winter tires on. What's the point of making an appointment? I'm afraid I'd still be there if I didn't make an appointment.

They keep customers to wait in line in front of counter while talking on phone listening customer complaints. I spent there 2 hours for 10 minutes work and in that time 2 customers called them about their cars stopped working after repair from them. When you go there you never feel that you are on a professional car workshop. If you have to go there even if a little work you can’t return before 2 hours for no reason
