J. Burgs Garage is absolutely impeccable. They gave me a great deal on the parts and labor that I needed and made the process as headache as possible when dealing with cars. Automobiles can be complicated, but J Burgs Helps create simple solutions for complex problems.

They replaced my AC coolant fan. I radiator coolant fan and my radiator. They also installed a new power steering pump. Everything has been working wonderfully.

I had a small hiccup with a separate problem after they installed my power steering pump I took it back and they fixed it the same day.

Thank you, Justin for your dedication to helping people and for going above and beyond when it isn’t required. And thank you Sean for being a knowledgeable guy who knows how to work on motorcars, it was great to run into you again.

If you need anything regarding vehicles, come here!

They stayed late to fix my car last night of several issues. Sounded good driving home and hopefully will continue in the months ahead. Will continue using them. Good local shop that is hard to find in Florida.

Best shop around!! Whole team is super cool and they’ll tell you exactly what’s wrong so you understand it. From what I’ve seen while I’m there it’s a full service one stop shop for all car needs. I go for my oil but seen they did brakes so got my brakes did too.

"I was very impressed by the service I received from J burg at his shop. He dod a fantastic job on my car after it suffered an oil leak from the rear main seal. Not only was I aware of the difficulty of the job (or I would have done it at home) but he is also certified in the brand, of my car infiniti, and whipped it back onto shape while being really booked. I received my car within a day of bringing it in. I coupdn't thank him enough - awesome work, awesome guy! I would highly reccomend bringing your vehicle, or even your infiniti, here. - Ricky.

I took my vehicle there because it was under distress. I can’t tell you how happy I am that they were fair and honest about everything, in all aspects of what they did! They continued to keep me updated as to let me know the test that they performed and the outcome of the results. This company definitely seems to be family owned with a lot of morals and ethic behind their policies. I am truly happy to find a company like this that I know that I can trust and won’t be overcharged for things that I don’t need.

It's just a great place. I came in with a problem with the engine light on and thought the worst, but they did the most honest thing and only changed the oil, which was the whole problem. If you want or need honest people, they are the ones to go for, 100% recommended.

Disappointing experience. I took my car in for shimmy coming from my wheels. You'd think the first thing you would do as a shop is do an inspection of the wheels, tires, brakes - maybe take it for a test drive. I got a call telling me I needed new spark plugs and a fuel/air induction cleaning. The spark plugs were probably due, but the fuel/air cleaning, according to another shop I spoke with, is just a money grab and makes it seem like they did something. I didn't notice any difference with my engine, which I thought was running fine before I took it in anyways.
Nearly $600 later, I get my vehicle back and of course it is still doing the exact same thing. I call them back and see if they will give a more detailed inspection and take it for a drive to feel the shimmy I am talking about. I ask that it be inspected for free because I can't afford for them to guess wrong again.
This time they do the inspection correctly. I get a call that my car needs new front and rear brakes, has a caliper that is sticking (causing the shimmy), and to blown CV boot joints that are leaking everywhere. The receptionist calls me and tells me that it will need $2300 of work. I tell her that I wasn't sure what I was going to do, but I would come pick it up and decide whether my $3000 car is worth fixing up. All of the sudden her tone shifts and she says, "If you're going to try and take your car off my lot today, you must sign a waiver before I can release it. And I'm going to charge you an inspection fee." I was very angry but kept my composure, and explained that that wasn't right since they already missed all those issues the first time and let me drive around for 2 weeks with a jacked up vehicle. She said she understood and would talk to J.
J. was great. He explained everything that was wrong with my vehicle and why it needed to be done. He also didn't ask me sign a waiver to get my car back, which was good because I wasn't going to sign something anyways. (I'm not sure why she thought that was needed, but all my research said it is not legal for a shop to refuse to release your car unless it's related to payment.) Anyways, I think this shop is knowledgeable and probably skilled at what they do. If you know exactly what is wrong with your vehicle, it may be worth taking it to them. But I would not trust them to diagnose. I shouldn't have to pay $600 for them to have taken a guess at something that might have helped. I'm sure at one time they wouldn't have made this mistake. It probably comes from getting too busy and trying to take on too many jobs at once.
What they should have done is apologize for doing their job poorly and not being thorough. Then they should have offered to fix all the things they mentioned, but deduct my previous $600 payment, or credit it toward the next repair. I would never return because I could never trust them to get it right the first time.
