Brandon has come to the rescue of an Auto Transporter fully loaded on the side of the same interstate in Wildwood FL area twice. He is prompt, friendly reasonable and very good at what he does. Very thankful for his mechanical skills and professionalism. Will be forever using and recommending his commercial truck repair service.

If you EVER find yourself stranded along side of the road here in Marion County this company is by far the most reliable, reasonable and responsive you will ever get.
Being stranded on the side of the road can be scary but this Owner, Brandon helps ease the strain and stress.
It doesn't HAVE to be an emergency but that's how I first met him... "by accident" ha ha... he them became my "go to guy" for ANYTHING mechanical!
Nice to meet people still with integrity and morals where your word means something... ty Brandon your the best!!!

I have never done a review before this time. While my wife and I was returning back from Mississippi after visiting our daughter who attends Mississippi State we had experienced engine and electrical failure on our GMC Sierra 2500 hd on 75 South near Gainesville. We were definitely stranded on the side of the road on a Sunday evening around 9:00 p.m. I knew no one in the area so we did a Google search looking for roadside assistance,we contacted three service providers and had no response to our call. So I reached out to a friend of mine in the Ocala area and told him of our situation. He referred me to Brandon and gave me his number. And to my surprise the phone answered after a couple rings. I spoke to the gentleman on the phone and told him of our situation and he told me that he was going to come and help us. And to our surprise a red E.M.S truck pulled up behind us a little over an hour from our phone conversation. And That's when we met Brandon with (emergency mechanic services), He went to work right away and it was amazing to see a professional mechanic with so much knowledge. It took him little time to figure out what the problem was. It was simply an alternator and battery issue fortunately for us he was able to locate one quickly. And he had us on our way within a few hours. when we made it home finally my wife spoke so highly of this gentleman and told me that we should give E.M.S a 10 star review. However there was only five that we could give. The price was unbelievably Fair and the service was incredible. The courteousness and care for our situation needed to be recognized. Jenny and I are so thankful for E.M.S and Brandon coming rescue. So if anybody is ever in a bind Jenny and I highly suggest calling the best and that is E.M.S
