You guys are the worst .. you dont even want to acknowledge the damage you did to my car . I have tried calling you 100 times no response so far. When i went to report my concern and meet with manager you said she is in lunch and dong know when she will be back.. what is this Which level of service is this
U replied that its weather i have attached picture of 25 nov when my car was in ur facility before i picked up on nov 28 and theres no crack but when i went there on 28 there was crack so u mean that entire month of nov when my car was in ur facility the crack was not there and when i came to pick it up miraculously a stone hit my windshield and its crack.. who are you making fool ur costumers or urself? I font recommend this place ever where u dont even own ur mistake and blame on weather stone etc …

My experience was great. Took my car in on a Monday, told 5-6 days and it was done on a Friday for pick up. The car looked like new. The staff were friendly and professional. They did a great repair. I was thankful.

I took my SUV in to have a dent repaired and both the staff and service were awesome. The repairs were completed in the time they gave as their initial estimate, and they coordinated my getting connected to the rental company as well. But after getting the vehicle back, not only was the dent completely gone, but they went ahead and gave it a full cleaning, inside and out. With a young family it's sometimes hard to get around to giving it a real good wash, but it came back looking brand new. Seems kind of a funny thing to comment on given the overall stressful nature of my having to use their services but they really made it such a great experience. I even called in to give them this review by phone so it didn't seem like a faceless Google review. Big thanks to the team at Don Mor CARSTAR!

My first time using Carstar(Don Mor). What a wonderful experience from bringing in my car to be repair from the accident. These guys told me everything that was going to be repaired and kept me informed all the way though process. They did a great job, car looks like it was never hit.

A new driver crushed into my parked car (VW Jetta 2015) damaging the corner of my rear bumper. I took my car in for what was supposed to be a 3-4 days job. Instead of picking up the car I got an update that more parts had to be ordered. The estimate went up from under 2000 to over 2500 dollars to change the bumper. All said and done it took 15 days to complete the job.
The other insurance paid for my repair and a rental car but I am not impressed with the process. No wonder insurance is skyrocketing if every claim takes extra long time and more money than it should. I hope not to have to go back ever again.

Update June 5/2024 received final invoice.
Total charges to insurance: $3039.97

Avoid these scammers at all cost, was given two weeks to get my car doors repaired but took more than 5 weeks to scam more money from the insurance.
When I picked up the car it was very dusty inside and outside, minor scratches and they did a really bad job repairing it. Pictures attached.
Noticed a small hairline crack on the windshield by the viper, took the car to them right away and the manager said we'll look into it.
Now they're putting it on me because I didn't notice it when I picked up the car. When I picked up the car it was dark so nobody could have noticed it, you couldn't even see it from the inside of the car because it's too below the dashboard.
They're keep lying to me saying it's a stone chip crack but it's clearly not.
THEY ARE LIARS. DON'T GO TO THESE SCAMMERS. ONLY A PERSON THAT HAD THIS KIND OF EXPERIENCE WOULD UNDERSTAND.
IF YOU GO TO THESE SCAMMERS JUST MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR CAR FULLY BEFORE YOU GO OTHERWISE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU
