Absolutely love it, they fixed my Lenovo computer that was on a recovery screen and they also managed to input a disk that my computer didn't come with, so when it happens again I could fix it myself and it only costed 85 dollars. Definitely recommend it and it's also cheap for their work

I recently got my ps5 fixed a week ago, it turned out great but today, in the middle of a game, it went black again; I'm not sure if they have warranty or it's under their end because the ps5 has not been moved at all rather than picking it up and plugging it in. I'm guessing it's the same HDMI issue but it has not been tampered

I replaced my old iPhone’s battery at this store 2 months ago when I was visiting the US. Unfortunately, the battery performance was very bad since then and cannot survive several hours without being recharged even if the iPhone was idle and not in active use. I picked this store because of the good reviews but it didn’t really meet my minimum expectations. Moreover, I checked afterwards with another cell phone repair shop and they charged 30% less to replace the same iPhone’s battery. My case could be an isolated one in comparison to other customers who received good service but I just wanted to express what I exactly encountered. I hope the store’s manager will take my review positively to improve the service quality and guarantee customer’s satisfaction. Another downside is that I had to pay in cash because their credit card payment machine was out of order.

Had my laptop there for 4 months he couldnt fix it. Went there about 10 times he finally got tired of me going asking about it.. so he gave back some of money, he lost my power cord and gave me some cheap filthy cord he found wasnt even the one i gave him with my laptop. The place looks filthy and theres a mess everywhere very un organized and dirty. Overall horrible experience.

P.s I have not lied, you are the one that always lies to your customers telling them one week part will come then 2 weeks for parts to come… you told me this lie about 5 times… I did bring a power cable with my laptop. You are very un organized and your place shows… you misplaced it lost it or gave it to someone else thinking it was yours.. very unprofessional to call a customer a lier when you are a pathological lier..

Carlos is professional, quick, extremely welcoming and friendly. Took care of my Lenovo backlight display fuse on the laptop motherboard on the spot while of was waiting. Great price was an additional benefit you won't get anywhere else. Definitely will come back here if there is a need
