Great service. Ike was very communicative. His team was very efficient.
They conducted front brake and rotor service on my car. Everything looks and feels great. Convenient location with parking and food and coffee within walkable distance.

This is my first time going to an auto shop without my father and Ike was really nice to me about it he was very willing to help and offer me a good price considering this was my first time. He was also really fast and willing to accommodate me as soon as I arrived. I def recommend returning.

Ike was great! I took my car in for an oil change and was in and out quickly. I really appreciated how he sent me pictures of the inside and underbody of the car so I could keep an eye on it for the future.

First off, it can be really difficult in LA to find a quality body shop that you can trust. SO grateful to have found that in Gateway Auto Service and Body Shop!! While parked, I was hit by another car in my driver side panel above the wheel. Dropped my car off this past Tuesday and only two days later my car is fixed and looks like new again. Ike was kind enough too to drive me to and from the Hertz rental car spot so that I could avoid having to take a Lyft. I can tell that this body shop takes pride in their work. Hoping to never have to bring my car to a body shop again, but if I do I'm definitely bringing it here. Thanks so much Ike

Ike gave me lovely service. He was extremely responsive and was ready to get to work on my vehicle the minute I brought it. He made my WARM vehicle in this horribly hot weather, VERY COLD! He also communicated with me so thoroughly throughout the day. I will be back with him whenever I need more car maintenance or my friends.

Great Service! Was in and out very fast with no waiting times. Customer Service was beyond Amazing and employees were friendly i highly recommend Gateway Auto Service for all your Auto fixes and repairs. I went in for a patch on my tire and left very happy with the fix. Prices were better than big name auto shops.

Worked directly with Ike. He is a good communicator and honored his price estimate (which was very competitive). Never fun to have a broken down car, but Ike made it a lot less painful. Also, he used top quality replacement parts. Overall, a very positive experience.
