This place is an absolute joke. First let me start off that they had my car for 2 and half weeks. This whole time they were giving me the run around. They said they changed my water pump, engine hoses & radiator. After all this time the only work they really did was my radiator and when I drove off the same issues that popped up originally when I first took my car there. The same exact issues popped up again 5 miles later. Mind you I had to leave my car here in LA and go back and forth from San Diego. On the website it states they have loaner cars. I asked them on 3 different occasions during the past 2 and half weeks. They said they stopped doing it every single time. But when I came in they gave an older white lady a loaner car immediately. They gave a shuttle to another white lady. So I asked again after having to bring my car back immediately they stated they didn’t have no more when I seen a plethora of cars. I left my car there until Monday and told them don’t touch my car. So I got it towed from there to the dealership so they can fix my car correctly. Stay away from here at all cost or at least the one on Motor Ave. I can’t speak for the other locations.

I always have a great experience here. They’re fair, don’t try to oversell you or mansplain what’s going on. All key things for women going to a mechanic. They also get you in and out in a timely manner which isn’t always the case at other shops where my car has sat there for 2 days before they even get around to it. I’ve been coming here for 5 years with my work and personal vehicles and will always recommend them.

My Lexus SC430 was making a terrible noise. Mechanic 1 didn’t fix it. Mechanic 2 couldn’t fix it. Mechanic 3 “fixed” thousands of dollars’ worth of “problems”, but not the noise! FINALLY, the talented mechanics at FixCarNow did it. A good mechanic cares about more than money, so it's nice to know that I’ve found my forever mechanic. Great job gentlemen.

Awesome place! We've lived in the neighborhood for 18 years and always passed by. Needed immediate service for my son's older model car and they not only took us immediately but gave us a better rate than we got at other places, explained exactly what the problem was in layman's terms and even alerted us to other safety issues with the car and a timeframe to fix. Delivered on recommendation from our neighbors - honest, fair and reasonable. They will service our car going forward. Highly recommend!

Had transmission issues and this shop was covered under my warranty took the normal month or so to fix the car originally and had a warranty for the work. Less than 2 years later had transmission issues again and took the car back in. They tried to tell me they don't work on transmissions and when I brought up the warranty they changed their tune. Work was finished oddly quickly (less than a week) and was never given any information about what work was done and was never emailed the information after asking twice. Now my car is at another car shop after less than 4 months with the same issue. Liked that there were loaner cars but don't like having to get the same issue fixed multiple times.

I highly recommend this autoshop! They are very honest, have very competitive prices, and do a great job.
I took my 2005 Lexus RX330 in to change the 2 rear bumper lights. I had purchased the lights myself to avoid crazy dealers charges, and asked if they could install them. David, gave me the quote for the job, which was very competitive, and told me to come back an hour later. Unfortunately I purchased the wrong model so I had to buy new lights and came back with the new pair a week later. David took my Lexus right away and an hour later I had my new bumper lights installed. He also substituted my license plate frame, and did not charge me for it. I was very satisfied with the job he did and the customer care he provided.
I will be back to Fix Car Now when I'll need something done to my car. They do both mechanic and auto body repairs.
Again, highly recommended!
