Thanks for nothing! Tech drained the battery during his fake "diagnostic test". Spent more time writing up a repair quote than diagnosing. After they tell you a long list of things that are wrong with your car, these guys push their used car buying service where you pay them to evaluate a used car you consider buying. They charge 4% to use a credit card, Cash or Zelle. I am sorry I gave these scammers cash. Hopefully, lots of people will see this review and think twice about using them.

These guys are life-savers! From the very first phone contact, I knew I was dealing with total PROFESSIONALS. Brandon helped set up an appointment for a close out-of-state family member with a dead car battery. Justin arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, picked up a new battery, came back and installed it, and got my loved one up and running in no time. Courteous and excellent service, plus incredible peace of mind -- couldn't ask for anything more. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Highly recommended!

Brandon took great care of my truck! They (Brandon and Carter) were very communicative, informative, thoughtful and thorough with my truck. They were prepared for the worst, even had extra parts on the truck, however he found it to be a relatively simple fix. He even took the time to physically show me the parts I was worried about and how he tested them to ensure they were performing properly (in my case he showed me the tie rods and ball joints and how they showed no sign of wear yet). He showed me a possible issue with my steering box (was one of my symptoms) and showed me how to keep an eye on it. I loved their honesty and really appreciated their non pressure service. I highly recommend and will be recommending them to friends, family, and co-workers.

These people are amazing! After being relatively new to AZ, finding an honest mechanic is very hard....had a bad experience with a previous shop when first arriving- where I feel was taken advantage of $-wise- causing me to have severe shop anxiety.
Enter Brandon who had put my mind at ease on the phone with his professional manner and kindness- easing my nerves enough to trust to make the appointment.
After taking that chance on making the appointment; enter Justin solidifying that this is a good company with honest and kind people!
He showed up first thing this morning- helped with a relatively simple fix- ( I thought it was worse- it wasn't - Super honest ppl! )-but did not stop there! Gave my truck a once over to make sure in fact that was the only thing wrong, checked fluids, noise, everything. He really cared and took his time! THANK YOU Justin!!
Can't fully explain what a relief it is to feel heard, not taken advantage of, and finding "my shop".
From here on out, this is who my family will go to first.

Had to have the water pump replaced in my grandson's car on Wednesday and Westin was really great. Super knowledgeable and friendly. He started out at 3pmband finished at 8:00. He did a great job and told my grandson the other things that would need to be fixed fairly soon.

The alternator for my FJ went out and had trouble removing the bolts that attach it to the motor. I was barely able make it home when it went out and didn't want to have it towed so I called these guys. I got an appointment for the next day and the technician called me to say that he was running late that day because of a nightmare job he was still on.

Once he showed up he got right to work removing the old alternator. One bolt was stuck so hard a breaker bar wouldn't even work so he took the fan out so he could use and impact wrench to remove it and did. Then he put it back together with a new alternator I purchased and even made a quick trip to an auto store to get a new bolt as it was damaged (by myself before he got there). Moses is the man!
