I’m a MaxCare policy holder, and typically I’d take my truck to Carmax for repairs, but in this case the wait time at Carmax was too long. I needed to get back on the road quick, so I decided to use a RepairPal certified repair shop. Without going into detail, my experience wasn’t without a few hiccups, but the good news is RepairPal had everything squared away in short order.

While I am extremely thankful everything was taken care of, it was the customer service that blew me away. Shortly after leaving a message, Chimene with RepairPal contacted me. She was confident, kind, and knowledgeable in a way that was not condescending or dismissive. There wasn’t a question or concern that she wasn’t able to address. I have spent the better part of my career in customer service, but I walked away from our conversation thinking “I can do better.” This was a masterclass on how people should be treated.

When I say that, I'm gratefully BLESSED to have met Chimene. She went those miles to assure me that I have the repairs gotten done. Even in her absence , she had a plan and stood on the business. She is very polite and caring. I enjoyed working with her. If I could give her a HUG, I would, but we are miles miles away. My car is fixed and runs great.

If I could give a million stars I would. Chimene- there are NO words. I have been dealing with a ship that has done absolutely nothing for me. And she went above and beyond and then beyond some more. She made sure my car AND me were taken care of. I will ALWAYS use repair pal because of her and her alone!!

I am a current ‘MaxCare’ policy holder. I had a claim involving an engine repair that truly went in every direction but right since the start. I landed in contact with Deion after starting an escalation process through the warranty company. From the first received voicemail and throughout I have been nothing short of impressed. The professionalism and dedication to my needs as a customer and human being is truly unmatched. My case involved the need for constant attention, Deion never failed at being available and involved. I was able to get my issues resolved and I feel that all credit should go to him! He showed willingness, empathy, and patience while going above and beyond including being available during the weekend. I just had to reach out to someone, anyone, everyone and let you know what a gem he is. I have never had such a pleasant experience working with anyone for anything and I mean it.

I drive a car to get from A to B. When something goes awry with my car I assume I'll be entering the 7 circles of hell to get it fixed. Thus far, I haven't been to the shop yet, but thus far RepairPal has made the MaxCare utilization process smooth. I'll update my review if things take a turn, but I'm pleasantly surprised by the smoothness and Bre the lovely chat agent I've experienced.
