We have been using Craig and his amazing team for many many years. It’s hard to find a small dealership with old school values. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted with friendly faces and furry faces as well. They always take care of our vehicles and their prices are fair and reasonable. It’s the worth the wait to get an appointment!!

Dogs in the waiting room are untrained, and were barking and getting dirt, hair, and scratch marks all over my work clothes. I have no problem with dogs I have one myself, but at a business they should bewell trained or not there at all. Not to mention they took an hour and half to change tires. The tires were replaced well and the owners were quite nice. That is the reason they got three stars not one.

Never again! My car was diagnosed with a bad front wheel bearing, after Craig test dove it. Five hours later, after being told a shady story about how my ABS sensor [$85.30] was bad as well - I believe the ham-fisted mechanic broke it - the car was ready. I was waiting the whole time, even when my tech. was pulled off my car to tend to a "drop in".
To Craig's credit, he only billed me two hours.
When I got home [a twenty minute drive], I noticed greasy footprints on my carpeted floormats - yes, on the passenger side, too, and had a dirty handprint on the passenger seat. Rather than make the drive, I cleaned the mess myself.
Wait, it gets better! Yesterday, the vibration, as reported at 100 km/h, was WORSE THAN BEFORE!
Stay clear.

Do not bring your vehicle here, scammers. Have never been charged for a simple scan when the diagnosis was not even made clear. Was never even told beforehand that there would be a fee for a simple scan because no mechanic has ever charged me that, and I would have said no and gone to my regular mechanic instead.

First time going to this shop. I played Google mechanic and thought I had solved the problem and knew what was wrong with my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in and had a scan done. The code for my issue was not showing but other ones were. The mechanic looked through out my vehicle trying to determine what was causing the issue. Long story short, the problem was not located.

I was impressed about the honesty of the mechanic who didn't sell me on the issue that I thought it was, nor try to sell me on something different.

From first impression this shop has honesty and integrity.
